As a Technical Sales Manager, your mission is to provide a timely and professional service to the dealers in the represented responsible territory and, when needed, directly with customers in a face-to-face environment.
Compile periodical machine forecast, prospects, and budgeting
Control machine inventories, allocations and ordering with HCM Japan
To promote the sales and support of Hitachi machines, through the established HCME dealer network
Assist with territorial market related analytical research
Respond to dealer / customer inquiries, with technical mine site studies and detailed price analysis, extending to formal machinery quotations
Deliveries and negotiation with the dealers and senior management of corporate customers on a face-to-face basis.
Various technical sales activities in support of dealer / customer. Inquiries are primarily centered around site production analysis, selection of the right machine for the right application and calculation of the estimated machinery maintenance cost
Support to dealers for technical advice, new products, motivation of dealers and customers to buy Hitachi machines and support
Setting up, coordinate and maintain partnership with Key Accounts
Deepening existing accounts and developing new accounts
Creating framework and agreement with Key Accounts in accordance with company guidelines
Regular support to dealers and customer for new products
After-sales product support issues
Technical and spare parts supply problems and additionally assisting in marketing of the Hitachi machines with Corporate Communications Department
3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with an engineering background
Experience with the Scandinavian countries a plus
Fluent in English
Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 70’000 euros and 100’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
27 days of leave + 13 extra collective days of leave (ADV)
