Hourly Rate: $18 per hour, paid bi-weekly (26 pay periods per year)
Location: North Dallas Texas 75287
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Boutique immigration firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are seeking a professional, empathetic, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients professionally via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule consultations for new and existing clients, maintaining an organized calendar.
  • Document Management: Oversee processes for client document pick-up and delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Call Log Maintenance: Maintain detailed and accurate firm call logs, promptly notifying staff of relevant communications.
  • Administrative Support: Perform additional processing administrative tasks as assigned to support the firm’s operations.
  • Upholding Professionalism: Represent the firm with a positive attitude, fostering a welcoming environment for all clients and visitors.
Qualifications
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced legal setting, with the ability to stay composed and effective in a busy, client-focused environment
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Cultural Competency: Ability to work respectfully and effectively with diverse individuals, demonstrating empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Reliability & Punctuality: Strong commitment to dependability, with a track record of being on time and meeting deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Professionalism: A positive, client-focused demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Language: Bi-lingual preferred but not required
