TS/SCI Satellite Lead Systems Engineers Doors/Cameo Agile

Rate: open to Negotiation
Experience leading cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication skills, particularly in translating complex technical issues into mission readiness impacts. • Proficiency with Agile tool sets (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, etc.). • Experience working with requirements in DOORS or other requirements databases. • Experience working in DevOps and/or DevSecOps in an Agile development environment. • Scripting knowledge (e.g., Python). • Strong oral and written communication skills, good collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ground architecture, focusing on system-level interfaces.
• Experience with systems engineering lifecycles, roles, and functions, including operations concept development, requirements management, functional analysis/synthesis, interface definition and control, and/or verification and validation. Satellite Experience
