Chemical Engineer

As Head of Revenue, you'll be responsible for the performance, strategy and alignment of revenue operations within the company. This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Marketing, Sales and Customer Success departments, ensuring the interaction between them is aligned with the larger company-wide strategy.
Responsibilities

As Head of Revenue, you'll be responsible for the performance, strategy and alignment of revenue operations within the company. This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Marketing, Sales and Customer Success departments, ensuring the interaction between them is aligned with the larger company-wide strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams.
- Create strategies to drive all teams to work cohesively, optimizing each to maximize revenue.
- Work with the CEO and other senior management to optimize existing revenue models and create new revenue streams.
- Make budgetary decisions for Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
- Meet with CEO and set realistic, measurable goals for improving revenue.
- Establish KPIs and report them on a regular basis.
Experience
- Prior mid to senior level sales, marketing, operations or revenue experience.
- Proven ability to communicate strategy clearly to multiple teams.
- Successfully managed a team.
- Prior SaaS experience preferable.
