Serve as a C2 Network Systems Engineer for the Program Executive Office – Missiles and Space Mid-Range Capability Project Office (MRCPO), which is responsible for the development, testing, integration, and fielding of the Army’s Mid-Range Capability (MRC) missile system
Advise MRCPO in the design, development, fielding, and modernization of the Battery Operation Center (BOC) as part of the Army Mid-Range Capability
Assist with the systems architecture and federated integration of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS), Aegis Weapon System (AWS), the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), and the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS) in the MRC Battery Operations Center
Required Qualifications:
BS in Science or Engineering
10 years’ experience in system engineering
5 years’ experience in systems engineering for a DoD weapons system acquisition program office or OEM
Experience in network/IP configurations management
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Experience with technical missile system fire direction and power systems development
Experience with Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS), Aegis Weapon System (AWS), the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data Systems (AFATDS), and the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS)
Experience with fielded DoD internet terminal systems (Starlink, SIPR/NIPR Access Point (SNAP), T2Network Systems)
Knowledge of system interface requirements and requirements management as well as techniques to drive system behaviors
Experience conducting reviews of entrance and exit criteria
Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. This is a full-time position in Huntsville, Alabama. Travel is 10%. The position is onsite 5 days a week. This position requires an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
