13999 - Data Product Manager (onsite) - Juno Beach, FL

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL;
• Experience with product management for data products;
• Experience with 0-to-1 product ideation and delivery;
• Experience with data technologies;
• Experience with AI/ML tooling;
• Experience with data migration frameworks;
• Experience with data migration development tools (e.g., Databricks, AWS Glue, DMS, or equivalent);
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related analytical field.

Preferred:
• Master's degree in an analytical field.

Responsibilities:
• Define data product strategy and vision aligned with organizational and Data Office goals;
• Develop a product roadmap that evolves with changing user needs, including phased 0-1 to scaled delivery planning;
• Identify Enterprise Data opportunities and user needs through research, analysis, and emerging technology assessment;
• Lead 0-to-1 product ideation cycles, transforming undefined problem spaces into structured product concepts with clear business cases;
• Conduct design sessions with business unit stakeholders to ideate and yield draft product requirements,
• Conduct user interviews and surveys to gather insights and validate product concepts;
• Develop mockups, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes to rapidly test and validate hypotheses prior to full development.
