Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 per year

Position Summary

We are seeking a Quality Manager or a Senior Quality Engineer to lead and enhance the company’s quality assurance function. The successful candidate will be a proven performer with a track record of long tenures and strong contributions in manufacturing quality. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality control systems and processes across the manufacturing facility.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the quality engineering team and production personnel.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to address and resolve quality issues.

  • Maintain and audit quality documentation and compliance standards.

  • Utilize SAP or similar ERP systems to manage quality processes (SAP Quality Module experience preferred).

  • Report on quality metrics and drive accountability across teams.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (technical discipline strongly preferred but not mandatory).

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing-related quality roles.

  • Prior management or team leadership experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with SAP (particularly the Quality Module) is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
