Key Responsibilities:
Deliver therapeutic radiation treatments using linear accelerators and imaging technology
Accurately position patients and ensure correct dosage per physician orders
Maintain comprehensive treatment records and adhere to safety standards
Communicate effectively with patients, educating them on procedures and side effects
Collaborate with oncologists and clinical staff to ensure optimal care delivery
Monitor patient responses and report concerns to appropriate medical staff
Requirements:
U.S. citizenship (required)
ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy or equivalent U.S.-based credential
Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
Proficiency with modern radiation therapy and imaging equipment
Strong understanding of anatomy, oncology, and radiation safety
Experience in radiation oncology or acute care settings preferred
