Overview:
A growing mortgage lending firm is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead all digital marketing initiatives and oversee a small internal marketing team. This in-office leadership role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer with 5–7 years of experience, strong digital campaign knowledge, and a solid understanding of the mortgage industry.
You’ll play a key role in shaping brand strategy, managing campaigns, improving lead generation, and supporting business growth. While private lending experience is not required, mortgage industry experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute all digital marketing strategy, including paid advertising, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media
Manage and develop a team of 4 marketing professionals, providing leadership and guidance
Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and marketing communications across channels
Monitor campaign performance and analytics to optimize for ROI and lead generation
Collaborate with leadership and sales to align marketing efforts with business goals
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and external creative or media partners
Stay current with mortgage industry trends and competitor marketing strategies
Qualifications:
5–7 years of marketing experience, with at least some team leadership or management experience
Proven success in digital marketing across multiple channels (PPC, email, social, web)
Experience in the mortgage or real estate finance industry is required; private lending experience is a plus but not required
Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
Comfortable working on-site full time in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Aventura, FL (33180)
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation:
💵 Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000
🎯 Bonus Potential: $30,000–$40,000, performance-based
