What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the New York City Metropolitan Area
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the decorative plumbing sector
- Promote the company’s product range through client meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and manage a sales pipeline
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create and execute sales strategies
- Work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Represent the brand in showrooms, the A&D community, and with high-end residential project stakeholders
- Balance in-person engagement with remote work in a hybrid role
Experience You’ll Need
- Proven success in regional or territory sales, ideally in decorative plumbing, kitchen, or bath industries
- Strong background in account management and relationship building
- Experience delivering product presentations and conducting training sessions
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and close sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with hybrid work (combination of in-person and remote)
- Familiarity with NYC showroom networks, A&D community,
