Regional Account Manager – Decorative Plumbing

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the New York City Metropolitan Area
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the decorative plumbing sector
  • Promote the company’s product range through client meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and manage a sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create and execute sales strategies
  • Work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Represent the brand in showrooms, the A&D community, and with high-end residential project stakeholders
  • Balance in-person engagement with remote work in a hybrid role

Experience You’ll Need

  • Proven success in regional or territory sales, ideally in decorative plumbing, kitchen, or bath industries
  • Strong background in account management and relationship building
  • Experience delivering product presentations and conducting training sessions
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and close sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with hybrid work (combination of in-person and remote)
  • Familiarity with NYC showroom networks, A&D community,
