Senior Accountant-Sage Intacct
Washington, DCWe are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong non-profit accounting experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial reconciliations, and audit preparation, and be comfortable working in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into budget-to-actual performance
- Manage and track fixed assets, including depreciation schedules and reporting
- Support the annual audit process, including preparation of schedules and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Requirements:
- Non-profit accounting experience required
- Proficiency with Sage Intacct is preferred
- Experience with Personify is a plus
- Strong understanding of fund accounting principles
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
