JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Management & Compliance: Lead the preparation and oversight of financial statements adhering to US GAAP and IFRS, ensuring Lead the preparation of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, ensuring timely close processes and enhanced internal controls. timely close processes and modernizing the internal control framework. Oversee revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and enhancing reporting accuracy through process improvements.
- Tax & Audit Coordination: Support US and international tax compliance, analyze Oversee revenue recognition under ASC 606 and support tax compliance, advising on accounting standards and tax strategies.
- Audit & Treasury Management: Coordinate the annual financial audit, maintaining strong relationships with external auditors. - Treasury, Payroll, & Procurement Oversight: Manage treasury activities, establish banking relationships, and implement effective cash management policies. - Finance Optimization & Team Leadership: Improve accounting processes and financial systems to support growth, overseeing system implementations. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, or finance
- CPA Required
- 10+ years accounting and financial experience is required
- Recent experience in Tech SaaS environment is required
