Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in HR / Benefits and Payroll to join our team in a business analyst capacity. This role will focus on gathering requirements and creating detailed process flows by working directly with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to document current and future-state process flows for Benefits and Payroll
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather and define requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, concise documentation
• Act as a liaison between HR teams and other departments to ensure alignment on processes and requirements
• Operate independently while also contributing to a highly collaborative environment
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Human Resources or related field
• Solid HR background with hands-on experience in Benefits and Payroll
• Proven experience creating process flows and documentation (Visio or similar tools)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Experience with any HR technology is acceptable – including but not limited to: Workday, ADP, Paychex, Oracle, SAP, Cornerstone, HDM
