You’ll play a key part in supporting the applications that power the guest experience—from the casino floor to front desk operations. If you’ve worked with systems like LMS, Visionline, Bartech, or other critical gaming and hotel platforms, we want to talk to you!What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver hands-on support for essential casino and hotel systems
Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to roll out new features, updates, and integrations
Help drive efficiency and reliability across systems like LMS, Visionline, Bartech and more
Troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime and keep operations moving
Contribute to exciting, high-impact technology projects
Communicate across departments to turn business needs into tech solutions
Ensure all systems and processes meet compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years supporting casino front-of-house systems (LMS required)
Strong understanding of hospitality and gaming operations
Experience with systems such as LMS, Visionline, Bartech or similar platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to obtain/maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration
Willingness to work rotating on call shift, or holidays as needed
