We're looking for a Casino Technical Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation gaming experiences—driving innovation from concept through launch.
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of digital gaming technology.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be the vital link between technical teams, business stakeholders, and creative vision. Your job will be to bring big ideas to life by ensuring that products are well-scoped, expertly documented, and flawlessly executed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop product requirement documents and user stories that guide technical execution.
Partner closely with development, design, broadcast, and legal teams.
Translate business needs into actionable development plans.
Ensure products are regulatory-compliant and IP-clear for commercial use.
Identify opportunities for innovation based on market trends and customer feedback.
Drive product enhancements that meet internal goals and external expectations.
Serve as a subject matter expert on technical feasibility and user functionality.
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and gaming, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for building high-impact products.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in casino operations or with a casino supplier (required)
Background in product development, including technical documentation
Strong knowledge of software development practices
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications or gaming licenses
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Jira and agile development
Experience defining product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
A track record of collaborating across business, creative, and tech teams
Previous work in gaming, tech, or highly regulated industries
