Mission Context:

The Business Relationship Manager will ensure that a project impacting a significant part of the organization is completed on time and within budget, meeting the project's objectives according to scope. The role requires mandatory infrastructure knowledge regarding Cloud, Windows, Linux, and application migration into the Cloud with new technologies. The candidate must be capable of handling the coordination of one large project or multiple projects simultaneously. The role involves leading service meetings with partners in run mode and coordinating the project without a PMO or PO profile. Knowledge of Cloud and Infra technologies is essential for migrating existing applications into new technologies and the cloud. Collaboration with multiple Tribes/Squads working in an agile mode is required, including organizing Agile ceremonies.

Function Description:

As a project manager, the Business Relationship Manager is accountable for the coordination of a project.

Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding partners coordination, timescales, delivery milestones, and budget based on architecture and Agile initiatives.
• Analyze and propose the best solutions.
• Support Change Management with partners.
• Manage project communications with stakeholders, management, and project team.
• Track progress versus plan, including actual time/cost, and provide regular progress reports.
• Develop knowledge of applications, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure all project elements are delivered.
• Follow the action plan and activities of assigned team members, providing support and guidance as appropriate.
• Manage User Acceptance testing of project deliverables with the necessary teams at the partner side.
• Manage communication, roll-out, and aftercare phase of the project to successfully hand over deliverables to day-to-day operations teams.

• Dutch Fluent - mandatory or French combined with English
• French Fluent - mandatory or Dutch combined with English

Education:

Bachelor/Master

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure and Cloud knowledge.
• Technical experience mandatory: Infrastructure knowledge regarding Windows, Linux, lifecycle management projects, WAS, Citrix, web-based applications.
• Infrastructure experience in Cloud and application migration to Cloud (new technologies).
• Knowledge about migration projects of applications.
• Experience in Agile project management methods, processes, and tools – knowledge of enterprise standards.

Business Experience Mandatory:

• Knowledge of the organization and objectives.
• Experience in the specific context of the project (IT Infrastructure).
• Knowledge of the specific functional context of applications (domain knowledge).
