IT Continuity E2E Exercise Coordinator

Description:
The IT APS Service Availability and Resilience department is dedicated to ensuring the availability of key services by implementing proactive monitoring, participating in incident resolution, and executing IT Continuity and resilience exercises. As an IT Continuity Exercise Coordinator, you will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring the bank's ability to respond to critical application or datacenter failures. You will collaborate on embedding rules defined by regulators and group policies.
Key Objectives:
- Manage and follow-up on end-to-end IT Continuity Exercises and Disaster Recovery Plans at both group and local levels.
- Produce reports post-exercise and serve as the main contact for several tribes regarding IT E2E Exercises.
- Conduct recurrent follow-ups with Tribe Resiliency and Continuity contacts to prepare E2E exercises.
- Coordinate E2E IT Continuity exercises, including validation of CRB readiness, capacity studies, stakeholder collaboration, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
- Facilitate the execution of DR exercises, which occur during nights and weekends three times a year.
Work Arrangement:
50% in-person and 50% remote work.
Required Education and Skills:
3 to 5 years of experience. Equivalent experience is acceptable.
Hard Skills:
- Experience in one or more of the following domains: Windows, Linux, Mainframe, Cloud, Application development, Databases, Middleware.
Soft Skills:
- Inquisitive, driven, and proactive.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions.
- Eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Languages:
High proficiency in English. Dutch/French knowledge is a plus.
Tools and Software:
Familiarity with MS Office and Service Now.
