We are looking for a Business Consultant to support multiple Shared Services teams within the Product Journey Tribe. The role focuses on delivering business value by analysing complex environments, designing solutions, and supporting transformation initiatives. You act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and systems. You will operate in an evolving environment where structure still needs to be further shaped, requiring someone who can bring clarity, create structure, and guide teams through change.
Responsibilities:
Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities
Analyse requirements and assess impact across processes, systems, and data flows
Perform end-to-end impact analyses across applications and domains
Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution directions
Design conceptual solutions for transformation initiatives
Contribute to roadmap development, balancing business and technical feasibility
Support the creation of business cases and strategic decision-making
Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment and challenging assumptions
Define acceptance criteria and validate end-to-end solutions
Support implementation, testing, and change management activities
Lead process design and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure high-quality documentation of requirements and solutions
Act as a domain expert and key contact for stakeholders and vendors
Deliver insights and analyses to support operational and strategic decisions
Help bring structure and clarity in a still-maturing team and process landscape
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
5–7 years of relevant experience in business analysis or consultancy roles
Experience in complex environments with multiple systems and integrations
Strong experience in process modelling, process management, and documentation
Familiarity with agile ways of working
Must have skills:
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a continuous improvement mindset
Experience with process modeling, process management, and documentation, with affinity for IT and/or network environments
Good understanding of business analysis methodologies and agile ways of working
Nice to have skills:
Knowledge of AWS, SQL, data modeling concepts, and UX is a plus
Knowledge of GIS / location intelligence is an asset
Experience in telecom and/or network environments is a plus
