Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Assist in taking orders from clients for basic needs such as groceries, food, utility payments, and medical supplies.
  • Order Organization: Organize and manage the orders for purchase and ensure proper handling of goods upon receipt.
  • Delivery Coordination: Follow a delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling expenses and managing credit card reconciliations.
  • Data Tracking: Maintain an Excel tracking sheet to keep a record of all client orders.
