With a strong reputation for service and reliability, we are expanding our sales team in the Tampa Bay area and are seeking a motivated Cooling Tower Parts Salesperson to join our growing company.

Position Summary:
As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling replacement parts and services for cooling towers to industrial, commercial, and HVAC clients. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Tampa region

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service

• Provide quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales leads

• Maintain knowledge of cooling tower systems, parts, and technical specifications

• Collaborate with the service and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction

• Track sales metrics and meet performance goals

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC or industrial sales (cooling tower experience preferred)

• Strong understanding of mechanical parts and systems

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed

Location:
Based in Tampa, FL — local travel to customer sites required.
