Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Team Lead to oversee service delivery, customer support, and operational coordination within a fast-paced technology services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Operations Coordinators
• Oversee service requests, installations, and SLA commitments
• Coordinate engineer schedules and resource planning
• Ensure customers receive timely communication and support
• Manage consumables, stock levels, procurement, and supplier relationships
• Handle warranty claims, quotations, invoicing, and operational administration
• Monitor contract performance, reporting, and billing processes
• Manage escalations and implement effective solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and service delivery

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Operations, Service Delivery, or Team Leadership role
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Highly detail-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset

Advantageous

• Experience within a Managed Print Services (MPS) environment
• Knowledge of SLA management and service operations
• Exposure to stock management, procurement, and billing processes
