Our client,  a well-established and award-winning Canadian Construction company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Private Equity Reporting team.
This role is key in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting and analysis for joint venture assets, supporting strategic decision-making across departments. Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reporting packages with variance analysis and commentary

• Monitor and forecast cash flow; provide recommendations for distributions

• Support budgeting processes and prepare partner-facing presentations

• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze both quantitative and qualitative performance data

• Develop strong understanding of joint venture assets and key performance drivers

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

• 2-4 years of relevant experience

• Yardi experience, advanced Excel user

• Experience with financial statements

• Real estate industry experience, particularly in multi-residential or development

• Pursuing CPA or CFA designation
