What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage multiple commercial interior projects from planning to completion

  • Oversee contracts, scope changes, schedules, and budgets

  • Ensure all work aligns with design, budget, and quality expectations

  • Track and report progress, performance, and financial metrics

  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and external subcontractors

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

  • Identify and resolve scope issues and unexpected challenges

  • Represent the company professionally on-site and in client meetings

What you bring:

  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience in commercial interiors or similar construction environments

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in estimating and subcontractor management

  • Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and Alberta OHS legislation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Bid Planroom

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively

  • PMP certification or project management certificate preferred

  • ACSA Leadership for Safety Excellence preferred

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

Additional details:

  • Office-based in Edmonton with regular travel to worksites and client offices

  • Permanent, full-time role with local travel required
