What You’ll Do
- Oversee and support all project management and field staff on roofing operations
- Work alongside the Field Operations Manager to ensure accountability and safety across the board
- Co-lead drafting and technical teams to support project execution
- Track job progress, analyze labor and material costs, and manage production metrics
- Conduct site walks, attend job meetings, and ensure QA/QC protocols are being followed
- Cultivate client relationships built on trust, communication, and responsiveness
- Hire, onboard, and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams
- Train new staff in company systems, technology, and best practices
- Address field issues, mediate conflicts, and resolve obstacles efficiently
- Lead compliance efforts for project systems (QAQC, JHA logs, digital plan management)
- Coordinate field training and safety workshops in partnership with leadership
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing or exterior systems
- OR 4-year degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven leadership as a Sr. Project Manager or equivalent role
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, contracts, and project controls
- OSHA 30 certified
- Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to job sites
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
