What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead commercial roofing projects from planning through completion
- Oversee schedules, budgets, change orders, contracts, billing, and warranties
- Supervise Project Coordinators and Field Superintendents
- Ensure job sites meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Build strong client and vendor relationships with integrity
- Use project management tools (such as digital plans, QA/QC systems, and JHA logs)
- Review submittals, process RFIs, and support handoff to operations
- Mentor junior staff and help new team members thrive
- Resolve challenges as they arise—collaboratively and calmly
- Approve job completion for invoicing
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in roofing
- OR a 4-year degree in Construction or a related field
- Familiarity with construction contracts, submittals, RFIs, lien waivers, and insurance
- Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems and safety standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A humble, collaborative approach—ready to lead without ego
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual preferred
- OSHA 30 certification
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
