With thriving operations in both San Antonio and Austin, we’re looking to add a Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of complex projects, lead with confidence, and contribute to a legacy of craftsmanship and reliability.
What You'll Do:
- Manage all phases of commercial roofing projects from pre-construction to closeout
- Oversee subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety protocols
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
- Lead project teams to deliver exceptional work on time and within budget
- Track project progress, forecast costs, and support ongoing process improvements
- 8+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing or general construction
- Proven track record of leading large-scale reroof and new construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with TPO, Modified Bitumen, and Waterproofing systems preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.)
- Work on standout commercial projects with well-defined processes and support
- Be part of a company with deep Texas roots and a strong reputation for quality
