Senior Estimator – Commercial Roofing

We’re a growing commercial roofing company based in Oklahoma City, looking to add a Senior Estimator to our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced estimator who wants to be part of a stable, team-oriented company that values your skills and input.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects
- Use Edge estimating software and Bluebeam for takeoffs and proposals
- Collaborate with project managers and sales to transition estimates into active jobs
- Analyze specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
- Provide insights on Single Ply, Modified, and (ideally) Metal Roofing systems
- Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, especially Single Ply and Modified
- Experience with Edge and Bluebeam required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Extra consideration for candidates with Metal Roofing experience
- Willing to relocate? We’ll help make the move easier
- Competitive salary: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
