An opening exists for a talented Landscape Architect or Landscape Intern with a strong sense of aesthetic design, to join a dynamic consulting firm.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The Landscape Architect or Intern, at either an intermediate or senior level, will have excellent experience working on Canadian based projects, ideally in both the public and private sector. This individual will assist in developing projects from inception to completion, including contributing to design, production/technical work (working with drawings, modelling), project management assistance (some site visits, reviews, CA), client management and project delivery. Working with multi-disciplines within the company, this role will need to manage coordination between Urban Designers and Planners, as the projects develop. With passion for the industry and an entrepreneurial mindset, this individual will have the opportunity to develop and grow further within the company to progress their career forward.
This candidate will have the following aspects;
- B.Deg Landscape Architecture or Master's in Landscape Architecture/Planning
- Licensed Landscape Architect with the AALA
- 5+ years' experience working with a progressive and dynamic Architecture, Planning and/or Design Firm in Canada
- Excellent knowledge of designing both public and private sector projects within urban design and open spaces is preferred
- Experience working with programs such as MS Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe, Grasshopper preferred
- Detailed approach to project management with an entrepreneurial mindset in leading projects forward through to completion
- High energy, innovative thinking and a dynamic approach to design and planning a must
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
