Calgary, AB · Construction/Facilities

Interior Finishing Superintendent (Contract) – Multi-Family Residential | Calgary, AB
$120,000–$130,000 Annual Equivalent

What’s in it for you:

  • Top-tier pay for your skills and experience — $120K–$130K annually (contract)

  • A key role on a high-profile residential project led by one of Calgary’s most established developers

  • A collaborative, safety-first environment where your input is valued and your impact is visible

  • The opportunity to run the show on-site — lead finishing trades, push schedules, and drive quality

  • A work culture that respects your time, your experience, and your voice on the job

  • Mentorship and support from seasoned construction leaders

  • Potential for future project extensions or re-engagement with the same team

You’re an experienced Interior Finishing Superintendent with a sharp eye for detail and the track record to back it up. Whether it’s high-rise concrete or low/mid-rise wood frame construction, you know how to deliver interiors that impress — on schedule and on spec.

You:

  • Have 8+ years of supervisory experience on multi-family residential projects

  • Understand Calgary’s construction market and how to navigate it effectively

  • Are respected for your leadership, known for your reliability, and trusted to get it done right

  • Thrive in an environment where quality, safety, and accountability are non-negotiable

  • Are organized, proactive, and a strong communicator across all site functions

What you’ll do

Day-to-Day

  • Coordinate and lead all interior finishing sub-trades

  • Maintain daily schedules and ensure target dates are met floor-by-floor

  • Conduct quality checks, review submittals, and uphold construction standards

  • Work closely with site safety personnel and enforce Health & Safety compliance

  • Keep detailed site reports and maintain as-built documentation

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to keep work progressing smoothly

  • Guide and mentor field staff, junior supers, and trades where needed

Weekly

  • Attend and contribute to look-ahead planning and coordination meetings

  • Review site safety audits and assign follow-up actions

  • Participate in site team updates and provide input on priorities and problem-solving

Monthly

  • Perform formal site safety inspections

  • Submit required monthly reports and documentation

This is a contract opportunity with real impact — you'll be stepping into a trusted leadership role on a project that matters. If you're looking to align your expertise with a team that recognizes and rewards it, let’s talk.
