Senior Site Superintendent – Commercial Construction
Location: Field-Based | Virginia
Salary: $120 000–$135 000+ | Full-Time. Willing to pay more for the right fit

Join a family-run construction company that truly values its people. We’re looking for a Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects across Virginia. If you take pride in delivering quality work and supporting your team, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily jobsite operations

• Manage subs, schedules, and safety

• Work closely with PMs to stay on time and on budget

• Mentor field staff and promote a strong safety culture

• Handle reports, RFIs, inspections, and closeouts

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of commercial field leadership

• Strong knowledge of site logistics, drawings, and OSHA

• Microsoft Office and scheduling software experience

• Valid driver’s license and travel flexibility
