Maintenance Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shifts
Location: Twinsburg, OH
Shifts & Pay:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, up to $37.00/hr DOE + Sign-On Bonus

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, up to $37.00/hr DOE + Sign-On Bonus

Overview:
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our manufacturing facility on either 2nd or 3rd shift. These roles involve performing a variety of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and plant facilities operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic, and combustion malfunctions.

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using Allen Bradley PLCs (SLC 500, PLC 5, Control Logix).

• Modify positions and troubleshoot ABB robots (Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700).

• Install, move, and align new and existing equipment.

• Set up and operate machine shop equipment with accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform gas and electric welding operations.

• Complete maintenance records and maintain a neat, organized work area.

• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Allen Bradley PLCs, hydraulics, robotics, and welding.

• Proficiency troubleshooting die casting machine cells using PLCs and electrical/hydraulic schematics.

• Technical or vocational education, certificates, or some college coursework.

Additional Information:

• Standard 40-hour workweek, overtime as needed.
