3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | On-site

About the Role:
We are seeking a Die Repair Technician to join our manufacturing team in Twinsburg, OH. This direct hire position includes a competitive hourly pay rate and a new hire bonus of $5,000–$10,000. Relocation assistance may be available.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair, rebuild, and maintain casting and trim dies per original specifications.

  • Transport, clean, disassemble, repair, and reassemble dies using lift trucks, die cleaning equipment, and cranes.

  • Build and replace segments, cores, details, and parts from blueprints.

  • Polish and grind die cavity surfaces as required.

  • Troubleshoot tooling problems and perform maintenance or repairs as needed.

  • Perform welding duties in both the foundry and Die Repair Department.

  • Complete work orders, records, and sign-offs accurately.

  • Train new employees as needed.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Associate’s degree, trade/technical school, or journeyperson certificate preferred.

  • Up to 2 years of relevant training or on-the-job experience required.

  • Ability to read blueprints and perform skilled die repair tasks.

  • Experience with polishing, grinding, and welding dies.

  • Tool & Die Repair Journeyman Papers are a plus but not required.

Additional Details:

  • Pay: Up to $32/hr based on experience.

  • Bonus: $5,000–$10,000 new hire bonus.

  • Relocation: Assistance may be considered.
