Job Title: Weld Quality Inspector

Pay: $19–$22/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM Start Time
Contract: 90-day contract to hire

We are looking for a Weld Quality Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring welded parts meet company and customer quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in weld inspection and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect welded components for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and quality standards to perform inspections.

• Document inspection results and report any non-conformances.

• Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve issues.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous weld inspection experience required.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Knowledge of welding techniques and quality standards.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM star

• Occasional Saturdays as needed
