About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced High School Principal to lead our academic programs, staff, and students. The Principal will provide strong leadership, oversee daily operations, ensure academic excellence, and foster a positive school culture that prepares students for success in both college and careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional leadership and ensure alignment with state standards and school goals.

• Manage, mentor, and support teaching staff while promoting professional growth.

• Oversee curriculum development, student performance, and academic programs.

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students.

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community.

• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and administrative operations for the high school.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and school policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Administrator Certification required.

• Master’s degree in Education or related field (preferred).

• Previous experience as a school administrator, assistant principal, or in a leadership role within secondary education.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to build a positive school culture and drive academic achievement.
