Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through closeout. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure scope, schedule, and budget expectations are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project execution.

  • Track and manage project budgets, schedules, and risks.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.

  • Prepare status reports, forecasts, and presentations for clients and leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards.

  • Mentor and support project team members, including coordinators and field staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or General Business.

  • 5+ years of project management and utility experience.

  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
