Job Description:

Join a fast-paced, team-oriented maintenance department focused on keeping production equipment running at peak performance. You'll work hands-on with production, facilities, materials, and engineering teams to ensure operational goals are met.

This is a contract-to-hire position with conversion based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair:

  • CNC Machines

  • Robotics

  • Pneumatic & Hydraulic Equipment

  • Electrical Equipment (including 3-phase 480V and low-voltage AC/DC systems)

• Troubleshoot ladder logic/controls

• Use test equipment (AC/DC voltmeters, OHM meters)

• Rebuild and reassemble machines as needed

• Complete preventative and predictive maintenance

• Accurately document repairs and close out work orders

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience on:

  • CNC Machines

  • Hydraulic and Pneumatic Production Equipment

  • Industrial Robotics

  • High/Low Voltage Electrical Systems

• Solid understanding of ladder logic/controls

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Work in, around, and beneath equipment

• Comfortable working with chemicals using proper PPE

• Frequent pushing, pulling, standing, gripping, bending, and reaching
