Job Title: Composites Technician
Shift: Full-time, 1st Shift Only

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Composites Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team focused on custom automotive components. This is a 1st shift, 90-day contract-to-hire role offering long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lay up and trim composite parts using hand and power tools

• Work with molds, resins, and curing processes

• Inspect and finish parts to meet quality standards

• Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Qualifications:

• Experience with composite materials or fiberglass preferred

• Ability to read work instructions and use measurement tools

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Capable of standing for long periods and doing repetitive work

• Comfortable using hand tools and sanding equipment
