Job Title: General Labor (2nd Shift)
Location: Roseville, MI
Shift: 2PM Start Time
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Type: 90-Day Contract to Hire

A manufacturing facility in Roseville is seeking two General Laborers to support production operations on the first shift. This is a full-time opportunity with long-term potential following a 90-day contract-to-hire period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various tasks including material handling, machine loading/unloading, and part preparation

• Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of work areas to ensure a safe, organized environment

• Support operators and technicians with general production duties

• Follow safety procedures and standard operating guidelines

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
