We are seeking a detail-oriented Systems Engineer to support manufacturing system design, integration, and optimization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, high-quality production aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing system designs and workflows to meet production requirements

• Integrate hardware and software components related to manufacturing machinery

• Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes

• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance system performance and product quality

• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and improvements

• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to meet production and quality standards (including AS9102, ISO9001)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience with manufacturing system engineering or process engineering

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards such as AS9102 and ISO9001

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing control systems is a plus
