We are seeking a skilled NC Operator 3 to join our manufacturing team. This role requires operating NC machines to produce high-quality parts following specifications and blueprints. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate NC machines according to job orders and blueprints

• Monitor machine operations for quality and efficiency

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an NC Operator or similar role

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
