Job Title: Mold Maker
Shift: 7:00 AM Start Time
Compensation: $20/hr
Type: 90-Day Contract to Hire

A leading manufacturing facility in Roseville is seeking a skilled Mold Maker to join their team. This is a full-time, first-shift role with a strong opportunity for long-term employment following a 90-day contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, repair, and maintain precision molds used in manufacturing operations

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure accurate mold construction

• Operate manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) to fabricate and modify components

• Perform mold polishing, assembly, and final fitting

• Conduct mold testing and troubleshooting as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mold making, including both new builds and repairs

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Proficiency with manual machining; CNC experience a plus

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
