CNC Programmer and Operator
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays, 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
Contract: 90-day contract-to-hire
Pay: $28.00/hour

A growing manufacturing team in Roseville is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and Operator to support its aerospace and general production group. This is a first-shift opportunity ideal for someone with both programming and hands-on machining experience who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Program and operate CNC machines to produce foam components to specification

• Use Visi CAD/CAM software to design and program CNC operations

• Create setup and tooling sheets to guide machine operators

• Run production jobs and collaborate directly with operators to ensure smooth execution

• Answer questions and ensure quality standards are met throughout production

• Perform hands-on machining and assist in troubleshooting or adjustments as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years CNC experience

• At least 1 year hands-on CNC programming experience

• Proficient with CAD/CAM software (Visi preferred)

• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in prototype or production settings

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
