CNC Programmer and Operator
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays, 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
Contract: 90-day contract-to-hire
Pay: $28.00/hour
A growing manufacturing team in Roseville is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and Operator to support its aerospace and general production group. This is a first-shift opportunity ideal for someone with both programming and hands-on machining experience who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Program and operate CNC machines to produce foam components to specification
Use Visi CAD/CAM software to design and program CNC operations
Create setup and tooling sheets to guide machine operators
Run production jobs and collaborate directly with operators to ensure smooth execution
Answer questions and ensure quality standards are met throughout production
Perform hands-on machining and assist in troubleshooting or adjustments as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years CNC experience
At least 1 year hands-on CNC programming experience
Proficient with CAD/CAM software (Visi preferred)
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in prototype or production settings
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High School Diploma or GED required
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
