NOW HIRING: Experienced Maintenance Technician 💼Full-Time | $23.00 – $40.00/hr We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are hands-on problem-solvers who enjoy being challenged and want to make a meaningful impact on daily operations. Previous experience with both electrical and mechanical repair in an industrial setting is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install production and packaging equipment
Perform routine and emergency maintenance per schedules and safety standards
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
Use tools and machinery including lathes, grinders, welders, and mills
Maintain logbooks and ensure quality, GMP, and safety compliance
Assist with monitoring boilers, HVAC, air compressors, refrigeration, and more
Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
Complete required paperwork and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
3–5 years of hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Must pass Maintenance Aptitude Test
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in cold environments (35–40°F)
Basic computer and math skills
Must be able to work assigned shifts, including mandatory overtime and weekends
Schedule
8-hour shifts 2:15PM - 11:30PM
Monday–Friday, with potential overtime and weekend hours
