Job Title: Molding Process Technician – 1st Shift

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Range: $25.00 – $31.80 per hour (based on experience)

Overview:
A manufacturing facility in the New Baltimore area is looking for an experienced Molding Process Technician to join their team on 1st shift. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in injection molding who can set up, troubleshoot, and optimize molding processes to support efficient production and high-quality output.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and start injection molding machines and related equipment.

• Adjust molding parameters to maintain consistent quality and reduce downtime.

• Perform mold changes and resolve molding issues as they arise.

• Work with maintenance and engineering to troubleshoot equipment and improve processes.

• Complete necessary production and quality documentation.

• Follow safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in injection molding, preferably in an automotive or high-volume environment.

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to interpret technical documents and process instructions.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
