Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic HR & Sales Intern to join our team! This position offers the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Sales while supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR and sales departments. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we offer flexible hours and growth opportunities in both fields. As an intern, you’ll gain valuable exposure to HR functions, sales strategies, and client relationship building.

Position Responsibilities:

  • HR Support:

    • Assist with posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

    • Provide clerical support including data entry, document formatting, and maintaining HRIS.

    • Support employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

    • Help coordinate social media initiatives for HR activities.

    • Build and maintain the HR event calendar and assist with event coordination.

    • Maintain employee records and new hire materials, including orientation packets and benefit enrollment documents.

  • Sales Support:

    • Assist in generating new business leads and identifying potential clients through research and outreach.

    • Support sales efforts, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and developing proposals.

    • Help develop and implement sales strategies to maximize lead flow, including cold calling, email outreach, and attending networking events.

    • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.

    • Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

    • Assist with the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.

  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

  • Ability to work independently under limited supervision.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

  • Ability to navigate online systems and tools.
