Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic HR & Sales Intern to join our team! This position offers the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Sales while supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR and sales departments. Position Responsibilities:
HR Support:
Assist with posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Provide clerical support including data entry, document formatting, and maintaining HRIS.
Support employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Help coordinate social media initiatives for HR activities.
Build and maintain the HR event calendar and assist with event coordination.
Maintain employee records and new hire materials, including orientation packets and benefit enrollment documents.
Sales Support:
Assist in generating new business leads and identifying potential clients through research and outreach.
Support sales efforts, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and developing proposals.
Help develop and implement sales strategies to maximize lead flow, including cold calling, email outreach, and attending networking events.
Research market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Assist with the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Ability to navigate online systems and tools.
