Key Responsibilities
Lead program execution from award through completion, ensuring performance against financial, schedule, technical, and quality objectives.
Coordinate planning activities across multiple functions and disciplines to support program execution and forecasting.
Manage external partner performance, ensuring delivery requirements and milestones are achieved.
Develop and maintain program forecasts and financial projections in collaboration with team leadership.
Drive accountability through performance reviews, risk assessments, and corrective action planning.
Support business growth initiatives, including customer engagement, opportunity development, and proposal activities.
Partner with leadership on budgeting, resource planning, and profitability objectives.
Lead customer reviews and support contractual obligations throughout the program lifecycle.
Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
10+ years of experience leading complex programs, projects, or operational initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in a highly regulated or technically complex environment.
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing, or technical teams to assess progress and forecast resource requirements.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in dynamic environments.
Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating program, operational, financial, and contractual risks.
Experience supporting customer proposals, pricing activities, and business development initiatives.
Demonstrated success in change management, team development, and performance accountability.
Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
Ability to travel as needed (approximately 30%).
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
Ability to satisfy customer-specific compliance requirements as needed.
