Senior Leadership Opportunity – Complex Technical Programs
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee complexSenior programs and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program execution from award through completion, ensuring performance against financial, schedule, technical, and quality objectives.
  • Coordinate planning activities across multiple functions and disciplines to support program execution and forecasting.
  • Manage external partner performance, ensuring delivery requirements and milestones are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain program forecasts and financial projections in collaboration with team leadership.
  • Drive accountability through performance reviews, risk assessments, and corrective action planning.
  • Support business growth initiatives, including customer engagement, opportunity development, and proposal activities.
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting, resource planning, and profitability objectives.
  • Lead customer reviews and support contractual obligations throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex programs, projects, or operational initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in a highly regulated or technically complex environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing, or technical teams to assess progress and forecast resource requirements.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in dynamic environments.
  • Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating program, operational, financial, and contractual risks.
  • Experience supporting customer proposals, pricing activities, and business development initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in change management, team development, and performance accountability.
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed (approximately 30%).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
  • Ability to satisfy customer-specific compliance requirements as needed.
