Legal Administrative Assistant

A growing law firm in West Little Rock is seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a professional office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the firm’s court calendar

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals

  • Generate and manage internal reports

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, and filing (both physical and electronic)

  • Prepare and revise legal documents, correspondence, memos, and reports

  • Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Legal administrative experience preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience or 2 years of higher education

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$18.00 - $20.00/hr
Employer-paid health insurance (100% for employee)
Must pass background check, credit check and drug screen!
