Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional half-day Fridays)

Position Overview:
As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized diagnostic radiology procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging for accurate patient diagnosis. This role requires expertise in operating diagnostic equipment, including C-Arm fluoroscopy, and assisting physicians with procedures such as injections. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and excellent communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with physicians, patients, and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a variety of diagnostic radiology exams in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including C-Arm fluoroscopy machines
  • Assist physicians with injections and interventional procedures
  • Review and ensure the quality of x-rays and imaging procedures for diagnostic accuracy
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the clinic’s electronic medical records (EMR) system
  • Uphold patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology required
  • Valid Arkansas Radiologic Technologist license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of diagnostic radiology experience preferred
  • C-Arm fluoroscopy experience required
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and diagnostic imaging techniques
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse patient populations
