- Provide warm, attentive care for preschool age children
- Create and lead age-appropriate lessons and play-based activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play
- Support children with daily routines, including meals, toileting, and rest time
- Foster strong relationships with children and families through regular communication
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations


✅ What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6+ months of experience in childcare or a related setting preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
- CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred or willing to earn within 12 months
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
