Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage financial reporting and accounting functions for assigned client accounts 
• Prepare and review financial statements, general ledgers, and reconciliations 
• Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations 
• Assist with corporate and individual tax return preparation and payroll processing as needed 
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial performance 
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely deliverables 

 
Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required 
• CPA or CPA-track preferred 
• 3–5 years of public accounting experience strongly preferred 
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation 
• Proficiency with Intuit Pro-Series, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe PDF 
• Experience with tax preparation and payroll processing is a plus 
• Excellent time management and communication skills 

 
Compensation & Benefits:
